History
Central Christian is one of the oldest established Preschools in the Decatur area.
Since opening our doors in the fall of 1965 we have aided in the preschool development of more than 2200 children.
Our Preschool is a reflection of our community's diversity in religion, economics, race, and physical limitations.
Our Program Goals
The goal of our preschool program is to provide a planned educational program in an atmosphere that is an enrichment to learning and growing, conducive toward a positive self-concept, and will give each child an opportunity to explore our environment through a variety of media, guided by teachers well trained in child development. These are the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical goals we want to develop and encourage in each child.
